If any sample is inadequate, contaminated, or insufficient, TCDC may request a re-collection without additional charge.
Home Sample Collection:
Home collection timing depends on location and availability of collection officers.
Patients must ensure accurate address and reachable contact number.
Service charges (if applicable) must be paid before or during sample collection.
Test Reports:
Delivery timeline may vary depending on test type, workload, equipment calibration, or unavoidable technical issues.
Reports are provided digitally and/or printed as per patient request.
For highly specialized tests, reports may require additional verification time.
TCDC is responsible for test accuracy within accepted diagnostic standards; however, reports must be interpreted only by qualified physicians.
Payment & Charges:
All test charges must be paid in full before sample processing.
Charges are subject to change without prior notice during promotional or operational updates.
Refunds are allowed only if:
The test could not be performed due to technical limitations, OR
The patient cancels before sample collection.
No refund will be issued after a sample has been processed.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality:
Patient information and test results are kept strictly confidential.
Reports will be shared only with the patient or authorized representative.
Digital records are stored securely and used solely for diagnostic and internal quality purposes.
Accuracy & Limitations:
All test results follow internationally accepted quality control standards.
Certain conditions (improper fasting, medication effects, dehydration, menstrual cycle, etc.) may influence test results.
TCDC is not liable for medical decisions taken without proper consultation with a doctor.
